Welcome to The Pod Factory!

We were, founded by two qualified joiners with over 30 years of carpentry experience in garden rooms, modular homes, and residential housing. Our team of expert craftsmen has years of experience behind them, ensuring that all our projects are completed to the highest of standards. We take pride in our attention to detail and quality workmanship. Most of all, we take pride in making sure that our clients have the best possible experience when working with us.

Our passionate team creates beautiful, functional spaces, providing the best customer service, and creating long-lasting relationships with our clients. We work alongside you from the first phone call to design your perfect, bespoke Pod.

There are several variations of Pods from small garden rooms, perfect for your work-from-home office, all the way up to a fully functional four-bedroom family home that can be comfortably lived in 365 days a year. Remember though, all of our pods are bespoke and made to fit your desires.

We build each Pod using a steel frame supplied by our sister company Metal Frame Construction – which has several accreditations including from the NSAI and UKAS. The light gauge steel used will not rot, twist or crack and will withstand the Irish climate’s hardships, and will stand the test of time.

The Pod Factory creates the highest standard Pods and bespoke garden rooms for our customers. They wanted style and a modern quiet space, where they could be comfortable all year round. So, all of our builds have been designed to achieve just that. Each Pod and Garden Room is built off-site at our purpose-built factory in Meath. Completed builds are then delivered and installed with minimal lead times and disruption.

Our garden rooms are eco-friendly and built to last. Using eco-friendly methods and responsibly sourced materials is a priority for us. Which is why we use innovative building practices and product to limit our carbon footprint and yours.

Designing and building more garden rooms is something we love doing. The smile on people’s faces when they first see their garden room is something that we love seeing and it makes us strive to deliver the perfect product every time.

We were delighted with the finished product. All told the team were only on site for 5 days, including painting. Some excellent recommendations were made during the design phase which greatly enhanced the finished product.One tip we would suggest would be to ask for someone from the works crew do a survey in advance of them beginning ,as this would help fully prepare them for when they arrive.We would definitely recommend this to anyone this to anyone thinking of adding an extension to their home.

We had wonderful experience with The Pod Factory! It started from day out for Show Rooms in Navan with an interesting tour inside the factory. We saw all process how they produce this Pods.
