Pod Home 52 is a spacious, open-plan, two-bed modular home. Built to the same design principles as our other Pod Homes, this Pod is also ready to live in shortly after delivery to your property.

Pod 52 is ideal for small families or couples that want some extra space. You can even change one into an office space. With roughly 52 sqm of floor space this pod offers plenty of space for year-round living or to function as a cosy holiday or guest home.

As standard Pod 52 is a sleek and modern, open plan design that accentuates the floor space and allows for lots of natural light. All of our Pods are fully customisable -including the internal layout- so we will work with you to create the Pod that you want.

Choose from a durable acrylic rendered finish to create a modern exterior, or red cedar cladding for a more natural and warm feel. Either option is available in a range of colours to match your desired aesthetic.

A two-bed modular home with a bathroom, and a large kitchen and living area. Alternatively, this Pod is suitable for commercial use. We can fit multiple office spaces inside Pod 52 for you to set up your commercial base of operations – as we have done for multiple clients. The bespoke design of the Pods means the layout is 100% customisable, so your needs are kept as a priority.
