Taking that first step can be a daunting task. You’ve spent days, weeks or even months thinking about adding your dream garden room to your home and you’ve finally made the decision to make contact. Our sales team will speak with you over the phone and get a real sense of what it is you are looking for in a garden room, garden office or modular home and will give you a rough estimate on what sizes are on offer and take you through the pricing. You’ll be given a chance to book in for an appointment to view our showrooms too. 

Opening Hours

If you work 9 to 5, Monday to Friday – Don’t worry. Our team will work around your schedule and offer appointments out of hours, 7 days a week. Including Bank holidays. 

When arriving at the showrooms, based in Lismullen Co. Meath – You will be greeted by a member of our sales team and you will then be taken on a tour of the 3 Pods we have on show. Here, we have the studio Pod 17, the 1 bed Pod 22 and the 2 bed Pod 52. While being taken on the tour, ask as many questions as you like, our team are experts in everything modular and will give the best advice they can about design, size and even planning permission. 

The Factory

That’s not all! As well as being taken around the Pods, if safe to do so, our team will also take you inside the factory where the light gauge steel is formed to create the frames for each Pod. Our Factory is full of specialised equipment and tools that are constantly in use, so admittance to the factory will be at our team’s discretion.  

Once you have been taken around the Pods, our team then have a real sense of what you are looking for your dream garden room and modular home, with this information our team can give you a better estimate in price, before you receive any drawings.
